Course Description:
Since students must master money management and understand the importance of keeping adequate records, this elective course provides skills for personal use while preparing students to pursue accounting as a major in post-secondary education. Learning accounting fundamentals will also give class members exposure to the world of finance as a career and will provide an overview of decision making based on the principles of money management. This course should be taken if students are planning to obtain a college business degree.
