As we prepare for the 2026 Fall Sports Season, we wanted to inform our athletes and their families that Marion Center Athletics has transitioned from Big Teams to the Bound on-line athletic software platform for all of our athletic scheduling and the management of all athlete pre-participation paperwork (physicals).
We recognize any change can be confusing and cumbersome as we all get used to the new website and app. Please know that we are here for you to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
There are two QR codes attached for your reference. The first QR code will take you to the website, gobound.com, where you will go to create your on-line account. You can also access the log-in/create an account page by going directly to: https://www.gobound.com/pa/schools/marionctr Once you have created your account, you may begin to upload any necessary documentation for your child to participate in the fall sports season.
If you would like quick and convenient access to this information, please scan the second QR code which will allow you to download the Bound App directly to your phone.
There is also a link provided for direct access to the Pre-participation PIAA Physical Form.
