The overall goal of the Family and Consumer Science department is to empower our students with knowledge, resiliency, and relevant life skills. Family and Consumer Science courses were designed to assist the learner in meeting the myriad of challenges encountered during independent living and will provide the critical skills needed to navigate the global community both confidently and successfully.
