Geography

Geography is a yearlong course designed for 9th grade learners to equip them with an understanding of the world’s regions, countries and important global issues that affect all people living on the Earth. We will examine our state and nation’s borders as well as learn what life is like in other regions of the world by exploring the many physical features and cultures that fill our planet. The study of geography will better prepare students to understand the Earth on which we live and the people who share its resources.
